Advantages of TPI
Super heat resistance: Working temperature can reach 240℃ (glass transition temperature: 250℃)

TPI Injection Molding Conditions
Injection molding machine specifications: As the molding temperature will exceed 400℃, high temperature specifications are required. In addition, for GF and CF modified models, wear-resistant function is required. Long-term retention is easy to cause gelation, so please control the retention time within 15 minutes, and the injection capacity should be 20% larger than the maximum injection capacity of the injection machine. The shut-off nozzle will cause retention and therefore cannot be used.
Molding conditions: Please refer to the general injection molding conditions in another table for molding temperature and metal mold temperature.
Drying conditions: The pellets need to be dried under 200℃ or above 3 hours. Dehumidification and drying are recommended.
Cleaning conditions: Please use PEI (ULTEM) for cleaning materials before and after molding.
Gate and runner design: Please try to keep a certain thickness. Tunnel gates are not allowed.
