PA6T is a polyamide resin with low water absorption, high heat resistance and excellent chemical resistance using isophthalic acid. For transmission oil, brake oil, calcium chloride, acid and alkali, alcohol and other chemicals, it has a stronger tolerance than PA66.

Characteristics of PA6T

Low water absorption: Water absorption is less than half of PA66

Chemical resistance: Excellent mechanical strength is shown in oil and thermal environment.

Thermal rigidity: High glass transition temperature makes it maintain high rigidity above 100℃.

Lubrication performance: A low friction and a high limit PV value make it suitable for large temperature range.

Fatigue resistance: It has better fatigue characteristics than POM, especially in high-temperature environment.

Physical property of PA6T of general specification: It has excellent mechanical properties (strength, elasticity and heat resistance (load deformation temperature).
