Liquid liquid separation - based on two immiscible liquids that exist in dispersed or cloudy states, achieving the separation of two-phase liquids.
The mechanism of dispersed phase formation: In upstream equipment, liquid mist is formed through three mechanisms (namely condensation, atomization, and entrainment), and the condensation and atomization processes usually form stable small droplets with a diameter less than 1 micrometer;
