Machining performance

1. Profile machining is the fastest and most economical method for producing a small amount of plastic parts, and therefore is the preferred processing method for high precision plastic parts;

2. SCM provides semi-finished products, finished products, assembly parts and profiles made of more than 100 materials, as well as more than 500 modified plastics, so as to meet a variety of application requirements;

3. Our engineering plastic semi-finished products remove internal stresses and ensure the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of machined parts.

Selection of materials

1. Heat resistance requirements: we have materials for long-term use in a temperature above 300°C

2. Mechanical requirements: we have materials with high strength, high hardness, impact resistance, and wear resistance

3. Electrical requirements: we have insulating materials, anti-static materials, electric-conductive plastics, superconducting plastics

4. Chemical requirements: we have materials resistant to strong acid (concentrated sulfuric acid 98%) and strong alkali (sodium hydroxide 50%)

5. Other requirements: we have anti-strong-radiation, hydrolysis-resistant, highly-lubricated medical-grade materials
