Water suspension

As a representative of water-based pesticide formulations, the water suspension is capable of dissolving an insoluble or hardly soluble pesticide substance in water to disperse them evenly and stably. The water suspension has become the mainstream water-based formulation of pesticide for its safe processing and storage, outstanding application effect in the field and convenient use. Water dispersible granules

Like water suspensions, water dispersible granules are also a kind of large-tonnage formulation of environmentally friendly pesticides. Compared with traditional pesticides, water dispersible granules can rapidly disintegrate and disperse in the water to form suspension liquid, thus posing slight damage to the environment. SCM has introduced special additives for the water-dispersible granules. In addition to the mainstream carboxylate and naphthalene sulfonate additives, there are also distinctive and special polymer dispersant products such as 550S (carboxylate), DA803 (special polymer), DA801, BB4, PSR-19 (ammonium naphthalene sulfonic acid) and the like.

Dry suspension

Dry suspension is one of the fast-growing environmentally-protective pesticide formulations in recent years. It is dehydrated from water suspension, hence the name dry suspension. SCM Agrochemicals Team has carried out research together with clients for this formulation, and has successfully applied the naphthalene sulfonate dispersant DA801 in DF, with a temperature resistance above 180°C, a molecular weight above 2000, offering excellent performance in the processing and production of DF. The processed DF particles are loose without compromising strength, disintegrate rapidly, feature sound suspension performance and similarly excellent secondary suspension.

EW products

Compared with traditional emulsifiable products, EW products use only a small or zero amount of organic solvents to minimize environmental damage. In addition to excellent emulsifying ability, the emulsifiers 4914 and G5000 can also be applied in different drug ingredients. An array of stable and reliable EW formulas can be obtained by the adjustment of addition ratios.

Defoamer

As the management authority pays more attention to improving pesticide utilization, the removal of foam in production and use has become another effective way to improve the quality of pesticides and reduce the consumption of pesticides. We have developed four defoamer products based on water-based formulations. They are WDS for SC and EW, DS for aqueous solution and micro-emulsion, special defoamer SOP and SDK developed for solid formulations WDG, DF, and WP. All have been widely recognized and praised by clients. Among them, SOP and SDK are especially the best choice of solid defoamer for their wide adaptability, processability (tolerant to jet milling, sanding) and excellent defoaming ability.
